ADR at 6:25... What time back to MK

I have an ADR booked at Whispering at 6:25 (I am trying to get it earlier around 5:30) but if I can't....

Do you think I could back it back to MK by 7:45 for MSEP ( I booked FP so we have a spot and they say between 7:30 and 7:50).


Thoughts. Is it possible. I know it's cutting it close.

I think you realize that you may not begin eating at 625. You may not actually be seated until 640 if it is particularly busy. Allotment of 1 hour for eating is par for the course at most TS restaurants. Even if you hail a taxi to take you to BLT and walk over from there, you aren't just going to make it. Especially if you don't want to be rushed at all for dinner. You can always try checking out the Wave at the contemporary or Trails End over at the campground as second or third options.

Last few times I have been at a TS they won't even check you in until 15 minutes prior

Sure, it's possible. I budget 90 minutes, but have often been in-and-out of meal in 45-60 minutes at Disney restaurants. However, it's also possible that you won't be seated until 7pm for your 6:25pm ADR, that's what happened to me on our last visit to WCC.

Besides Robo's idea of showing up early, you could also check for earlier dinner ADRs at other nearby restaurants, I would recommend Trail's End, not as crazy as WCC but better food and very easy to get an ADR. If WCC is a must do, another idea would be to pop over there for a late lunch on a MK day, get out of the park during the busy/hot early afternoon, and lunch will be cheaper than dinner.
