ADR at 12:01?

I spoke to cast member who said I can start booking my Adr at 12:01 of my 180 day mark, which will be tonight for my 12/16 vacation. Is this not true? Why would he tell me that?

It used to be midnight but they changed it to 6 am - sometime within the last year I think.

I have no idea where he got that info and yes, some of them have no clue. It was always in the morning and FP+ was at midnight, but is now in the morning as well.

The morning is much better than midnight for me.
