The last time we went to WDW was in 2008. If I recall correct, we were supposed to arrive 15 min prior to the ADR time. According to WDW this is not (or no longer) the case. But I heard that WDW Dine does not always give accurate info.

From the DISers perspective, is it necessary/recommended to arrive 15 mins prior to your ADR.

In October they were still recommending arriving 15 minutes prior to your ADR. Even if the site doesn't say to, I would still arrive a little early.

I'm pretty sure the online booking confirmations still say to show up 15 minutes early.

In fact, I will look at one I have - nope, it doesn't say that. It just says allow 1.5 hours for transportation time.

Anyway, I would still do it - especially since a few people here have recently been charged the no-show fee for being a few minutes late (which presumably they managed to get reversed, but I haven't been following that thread).

We usually do 15-10 minutes early and are often seated right about our scheduled ADR time.

I tried to arrive 30-45 minutes early ( I like to be "on time" [early] ) and when we arrived at 7:30 for our 8:25 Castle Dinner they said they could seat us then but we decided to wait.

My ADR confirmations for this March state to show up 20 minutes before your scheduled ADR time. And those were made on-line thru the Disney web-site.
