ADR and room reservation question

Hi, I have just booked my hotel reservations and will be making my ADRs in a few days. My question is if I decide to change hotels or cancel the reservation and switch to a new one will my dining reservations be affected too? I am asking bc we may be changing hotels, not 100% sure! I'm just nervous bc I am hoping for some early breakfast ADRs and I would hate to wake up early to try for the, only for them to get messed up!! Thanks for any help

Nothing will change. ADRs are not tied to a resort ressi. You don't even have to be staying at WDW to make them. Anyone can make a ADR. It's just like making a reservation at home.
