Adr and reservation cancellation

Hello
Does anyone know if I make ADR associated with a reservation say at the bay lame tower but then change my hotel to another do I lose my dining reservations?

I actually asked a cm this today and they said no. You need the res to make them for the 180 plus 10. But you don't need to keep it. You can certainly change resorts.
