ADR and Princess Character Breakfast

I have 3 questions....I am going to Disney Sept 24th-Oct 1st. When can I start making my reservations for dining? Is Cinderella's Royal Table 180 days out or 90 days out? The last question is how is the service, food and character interaction at CRT? I am taking my 2 year old niece and I would love a princess breakfast. I was thinking Akershus in Norway, but I dont know about the food if she or I would like it. It seems like its not "regular" breakfst food. Thank you so much!

You can make adrs 90 days prior to your arrival date. CRT is 90 days out too - not 180. The food & service at CRT are pretty good. The food is standard breakfast fare: sausage, eggs, etc. - CRT does have french toast stuffed w/cream cheese which is pretty good. The character interaction at CRT is fairly good - I felt that when we were there this past Sept that the interaction was a bit rushed unlike previous times when we had been there. We have not tried Akershus but are planning on doing so this Sept.
