ADR and FOF Parade Question

Hi all,

My family booked our trip at about 160 days, and luckily got free dining, but have been stuck with some less than desirable ADR times that I've had no luck changing. We have a Crystal Palace ADR for 3:40 pm. Would it be possible to watch the Festival of Fantasy parade before heading to our ADR? If so, where would be the best place to watch from and how early would you recommend arriving at said location?

Near Hall of Presidents.
Grab a viewing spot by 2:45PM.
Parade will be over and gone by 3:30PM

Then cut over to Crystal Palace.
