ADR 90 + 10 for CRT?

We'll be at VWL for 8 nights. I wanted to try for CRT for lunch. Would it be wise to try for our last day to get CRT since it would be 97 days out?

Can I even do this with CRT? Will they let me book this first in the phone call and then go back to the restaurants I want earlier in the week?

Yes and yes. You can do CRT first and then go back and do others - doesn't have to be in order. You should try for later in your stay to better your chances. If you don't get it, try again because at 90 days they release more tables for booking. Good luck! Oh and feel free to interrupt the CM when you call. They will understand. Otherwise, you'll waste precious time listening to their little spiel.

Will they let me book CRT the 97 days out before getting my resort confirmation number info? Does that take up alot of time?

Well, it's kind of hard to interrupt the CM, but yes, you can have him do it and then give him/her your number. Hopefully, you get a good CM who knows the drill, but sometimes they are clueless. I really wish you good luck and I hope you get it! Again, if you don't get it, don't give up hope. Keep calling back. Sending some pixie dust your way!

When I booked or ADRs last month for December the CM required our resort confirmation number before making any ADR that was later than 90 days from our arrival date. This process only took a couple of seconds and we still got breakfast at CRT for our last day (97 days out). The CM I talked to was super nice and very quick!

Same here. I started by saying 'I'm staying on grounds and would like to make an ADR for Cindy's for lunch on Dec 14th'. She interupted me laughing saying she had to get my resort conf # first, since it was >90 days out. I told her I was doing a split stay between POFQ and CSR and by the time I gave her both numbers was afraid I would lose the ADRs I wanted. She still made me give her both resort conf #'s. It was no problem, I got both CRT (95 days out) and PSB (97 days out). I was happy, but shocked I got everything I asked for in one phone call. I booked everything for the full ten days that we are going to be there.
