:confused3 I'm so sorry to repeat this question for the hundred billioneth time, but I am finally 1 week out for my ADRs and I can't find the newest 800 number- can anyone help?

There isn't an 800 number. There is however, a 407 number.

It's (407) WDW-DINE!

There is an 877 number...I used it just 3 days ago to add some birthday notifications to my ADR's. I believe you'll find it on dwdinfo under Advanced Reservations Planning Report. Just call the number and follow the prompts.:goodvibes

I used 1-800-711-4344 on Monday to do my ADRs. It worked just fine thank goodness. I had to call 3 times. First time I had hte wrong dates, second time to correct my first call, then a third b/c everyone decided they didn't want to do LTT at 4pm. I didn't want to take up a table of 11 when we had already decided to cancel it.

Probably posted previously, but is it 180 days in advance that you can do your ADRs or 120? Also, does anyone have the calculator for this so I know when the first day would be for me to make my ADRs? Thanks! :thumbsup2

If staying onsite, it's 180 days from check-in date and you can do all your adrs. If staying offsite, then you have to call at exactly 180 days from each day you want an adr.
http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php this is the one I use.

Hm, I didn't even know there were different numbers. How odd. Why in the world would they have different numbers?

ALL toll-free numbers are intended for use by Travel Agents ONLY.

That some have leaked out online, especially once Disney determines overuse/use by unintended parties, tends to cause them to disconnect a given number - and makes it harder for the TAs (no, I'm not one - but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night).

Well I've never heard that and the Disney Dining CMs have never said anything. The prompts are all the same and unless they tell me I can't use it then I see no reason not too.

They don't know what number you're calling. The phone rings, the next CM in "line" answers it.

It's the financial people that will notice higher (and higher) phone charges - as they apparently did with the now-defunct widely-shared 800 number - and shut off more of those lines.

Actually they might know, depending on the technology, the call center can route calls to different agents based on the number they called in on. For example anybody who flys a lot gets preferred status, those individuals have a different number to call and are handled first

I will continue to use the toll-free numbers and give them out when asked until they are disconnected. I think that a billion-dollar company can certainly afford to maintain toll-free numbers for those of us who don't have unlimited long distance.

Disney's marketing is so effective that they don't NEED to provide toll-free numbers.
