ADR 180 Days or 190 Days

I'm a little confused. I read something that said 190 days out from your check in date if you are staying at a Disney Resort. We check in on November 28, 2020 at Bay Lake Tower. Does this mean I can book 190 days prior to November 28th?

So, 180 days prior to your check in on November 28th
