Called Disney UK on Thursday to get our US style reservations number so that we can start making ADRs at 180 days out & were told to call the Swan direct as Disney UK cant access them.
Called the Swan yesterday to be told they have no record of our booking.
Called Disney UK today to be told that, umm sorry we dont deal with The Swan & Dolphin that much & as room bookings are not finalised until about a week before they are due there is not much they can do with regards to the US reference number.
To be fair they did offer to do the bookings over the phone when the 180 day limit kicks in but we really wanted to do it online.
Can anyone offer any advice on this please?
Also not impressed with booking tickets for MVSCP either, no e-mail confirmations can be sent out, you just turn up at the Will Call Window at MK & hope everything is okay.
