ADR’s when staying at the Swan or Dolphin

Called Disney UK on Thursday to get our US style reservations number so that we can start making ADR’s at 180 day’s out & were told to call the Swan direct as Disney UK can’t access them.
Called the Swan yesterday to be told they have no record of our booking.
Called Disney UK today to be told that, umm sorry we don’t deal with The Swan & Dolphin that much & as room bookings are not finalised until about a week before they are due there is not much they can do with regards to the US reference number.
To be fair they did offer to do the bookings over the phone when the 180 day limit kicks in but we really wanted to do it online.
Can anyone offer any advice on this please?

Also not impressed with booking tickets for MVSCP either, no e-mail confirmations can be sent out, you just turn up at the Will Call Window at MK & hope everything is okay.
 
As far as I am aware, guests of the Swan & Dolphin are not entitled to the 180+10 perk so there is no reason why you wouldn't be able to make reservations online as you don't need to have your reservation number to be able to book 180 days in advance (since everyone can make bookings then anyway).

As far as the MVMCP goes, we have booked Halloween party tickets on several occasions thorugh Disney and never had a problem with collecting them on the day (or before) with our reservation number. As long as you have a reservation number, there shouldn't be any problems.
 
I always book my tickets as will call and never have the email with me always just the reservation number which you get when you book on line... actually one time I booked and didn't have either with me when i wanted to get my tickets I just gave them my name, home address and the card I used to make the bookings and hey presto they printed off my tickets for me, no problems.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, the 180+10 perk is in the latest brochure & there is no exclusion mentioned for The Swan & Dolphin.
Also thanks for putting my mind at rest re picking up tickets, I just find it strange that in this day & age they can't send out e-mail confirmations.
