Aaron, I'm sorry about the 6am thing! I debated about telling you, but knew you would ask at PBR too. I hope it wasn't a complete waste and you got in a little earlier?

It's okay Lisa. When we got back to our room there was a voice message informing us of the 6:00AM opening. We would have went anyway.

The frozen version is good however, it's a bit heavy. If you drank a couple of frozen butterbeers and rode Dragon Challenge you might have a problem.

Somebody told me and I haven't been able to confirm it that you can get Butterbeer refills in the souveneir mug at a discount.

Anna was picked to have her wand pick her in Olivander's Wand shop. Very cool.

Just my suggestion. The line grew behind us to two hours. The show is only 7 minutes. If you are not picked to have your wand select you it's not worth an hour wait. 25 people are let into the shop at one time and only 1 person is picked. You can buy all the same wands in Olivanders at the Owlpost gift shop. Go there, get your wand, and wait to checkout.

Also, Universal is accepting Annual Pass discounts for most merchandise in WWoHP. We got 20% off our wand in Olivanders with our Premier AP.

Sorry for the darkness, but Olivanders is quite dark inside.

I don't think I could have the patience to put up with the issues. At this point, I'm still keeping this on a low priority list.

yea. Our last stop in WWoHP will be Honeydukes Candy shop. We want to try the chocolate covered frogs

One note about FJ. You have to put all of your items in a locker before entering the queue. Lockers do run out; especially now

yes. Once you're in you can stay as long as you wish. Once so many leave they let so many in. Once you leave you have to go back to the line to get back in.

So how long was the wait for the regular people today?

The transportation at Universal has been very good. We haven't had to wait long for our boats at all. Very efficient. Also, there is a bus shuttle that runs from each resort and drops you off near the entrance of Universal Studios. It's another alternative in case you don't want to take the boats. Most guests take the boats.

So how long was the wait for the regular people today?

When we left the park we saw the line to get into WWoHP at Marvel Superhero Island. It was going to be at least 3 hours at the end of that line.

Our wait when we jumped in line for FJ around 9:00AM was about and hour. Once you get inside Hogwarts Castle the wait isn't too bad because you are entertained along the way with various props, effects, and other wizardrey. In fact, the reason the line was so long is because guests are stopping and taking pictures inside Hogwarts Castle leaving a ton of space between you and the person in front of you. Team Members were trying to move guests along, but when you are taking pictures and viewing the effects its hard to move along.
