What we were told back in February when I booked our room at Portifino Bay was that You'd have unlimited FOTL at Dragon Challenge and FotH, but you would have only one FOTL per person per theme park day.

We will be allowed into WWoHP one hour early tomorrow.

Kind of funny, but we were at the opening day of IOA. Now we are here for the opening of WWoHP.

OK...It's 5:06 and our room is not ready. I've asked why and the response from the Concierge was we were sold out last night and tonight. Somehow, I don't find that to be a Valid reason why we are not in our room yet. I'm about to spread a sleeping bag out in the lobby.

They don't usually turn over EVERY room in the resort each night. It makes sense to me that they'd be behind, and understaffed. Sorry.

I wouldn't be a happy camper. In fact I would stand right next to the desk looking irritated and perturbed while tapping my foot and glancing at my watch every 30 seconds while I sighed and rolled my eyes until they found me a room.

We are on our room now. We got in aroun 5:50. The front desk sent us some chocolate covered Strawberries because of the delay. They also gave us a resort credit to use at our discretion. The on-duty manager called and apologized.

I expressed my displeasure to the front desk when they said our room was finally ready. I did it nicely knowing it wasn't her fault. The on-duty manager called up to our room 30 minutes later with the apology. She was very sincere about it.

Glad it worked out for you. You can see the Hard Rock Hotel from your room. We'll be staying there in August.

Aaron....someone just posted on the Universal board that the concierge at RPR told him WWofHP will be open to on-site guests tomorrow at 6am! He said resort guests get WWofHP 6am-9am Saturday.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too early for me, but wanted to let you know.
