Adobe flash player for Galaxy ??

I have a Galaxy S3 . I have seen on here ppl able to watch the PC web cam on this same phone . But i am not sure how since my phone dont support the adobe flash player it requires . I am trying to figure this out can anyone help me out here

Yes it is do-able but you need to install an older version of the flash player. I'll see if I can find it.
