Adjusting reservation after pincode expires?

After many trips to disney, I feel like I should know this, but I don't, LOL!

I have a room only pincode that expires today. We are going to florida for two weeks in August but unsure if we are staying in disney the whole time. We are also unsure if my parents are going with us which would require a second room. If I book two rooms for the whole two weeks but then need to change it to either one room OR need to shorten our stay but keep two rooms, will I be able to do this and still keep our pincode rate? Or can I not make any changes after the pincode expires without losing the discount?

You can make changes to your reservation even if your discount offer has expired....Just as long as the availability is still there that was allotted with the offer.

Thanks so much for responding. Unfortunately, we ended up letting the code expire without booking because we couldn't narrow down the details. Hopefully another discount will come along or we will really be kicking ourselves! At least now we know the answer for next time.
