There are no connecting studios at any of the WDW DVC resorts. Studios only connect to 1-bedroom villas (that's how you get a 2-bedroom lock off villa)
And just a quick terminology note....adjoining and connecting mean two very different things in hotel-reservation speak. Connecting rooms have an internal door connecting the rooms, so that you can go from one room to another without going out into the corridor.
Adjoining means that you want two rooms that are next to each other, or near each other. If you want that internal connecting door, you want to be sure to request connecting rooms, not adjoining.
