I've been thinking about how wonderful our June trip to OKW was and decided I should write a letter to the management letting them know. Anyone know who I should send this type of letter to?

I think that's such a lovely idea. Managers probably only hear from complainers (like me and my recent VWL). They really deserve to hear what they're doing right too. Please do it!
Simba's Mom - You're probably correct that most of the letters the managers get are complaints. Hmmm, that reminds me I need to write one about a problem we had at a motel on the way home from Florida.
Our stay at OKW was about as close to perfect as it could have been. In the 12 days we were there, I don't think we encountered one CM that didn't say hi or wave. The only complaint I had was a minor one but that was taken care of without my even asking. When first got to the unit, I noticed the balcony & walls were kind of moldy & dirty looking, not a big deal, but noticable. A couple of days later we had a voice message telling us they would be power washing our building that morning.
