Address for mailing package to the Polynesian?

I want to send a box with toiletries and snacks, etc. to our room at the Polynesian. Does anyone know the address we would use? Do we address it to ourselves? We are staying in concierge, does that matter? It has to go out today--thanks in advance!!

There should be an address on your confirmation slip. Address it to the resort but say hold for guest xxxxx arriving xxxxxx
