Address for guest services for complaint letter?

It's time for me to send in my letter of complaint to WDW. The letter is written detailing all of my lovely (NOT) experiences with ticket services, guest services and the staff at ASMovies. I just need an address.

Can anyone tell me to whom or where to forward my letter?
 

That email adddress did not work for me. Error message said no such address.
 
I have to admit I'm curious as to why your stay was unpleasant in just about every area. Not doubting you, but as a soon-to-be WDW vacationer, I'm awfully curious as to where you stayed, etc, and how to avoid an unpleasant experience such as yours.

Again, not to pry, but would love it if you would share your experience.

Check out her trip reports - she had a really rough go of it... and it started before her family even set foot in Florida!

I sent an email to an address someone gave me on these boards about a year ago just to say I think they should bring back e-ride nights, and about 6 weeks later I got a personal call. I would be shocked if you don't get a call back with your story!!

I have read all your trip report posts, and I hope things got better at POR!!
 
I've read the reports as well, and while you may not like this input, I think that by your reports they did compensate you for your troubles above and beyond
your request at the time. Disney is not the cheapest place on earth to visit, Magic doesn't come without a hefty price tag and people that want to visit need to realize this. What do you expect, You wanted Disney to say "Hey come down and Vacation for free anytime " Many of your problems were just that "YOUR PROBLEMS" It sounds like you enjoyed the magic as much as anybody else. Flame if you must but I think you need to let it go and concentrate on more positive things. I did enjoy reading your post but I think you've complained enough. :cool1:
 
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I think that was a bit harsh. She has a very real complaint and WDW really needs to know about what happened so they can make sure it doesn't happen again. It was their royal screw up and they continued to mess things up, which would put a serious damper on a vacation. I could be wrong but I don't think bizeemom4 is asking for anything more than she has already received, just informing them of their screw up.

Please let us know when they contact you back. I am someone who pays cash for my vacation, if I can't pay I don't go, and if they tied up my vacation money like that there wouldn't be a distance far enough that they wouldn't hear me yell. Good luck.
 
well i read ALL of Biz trip reports and wdw owes her a free trip!!
im sorry biut they had messed up her trip before she left and made TOOO many mistakes for her and her family

Personally I think everyone that goes to Disney has a right to contact them if they are not satisfied with their trip. I might not agree with their disatisfication, but that is their right. However before anyone jumps on the OP or Disney we have only heard one side of the story.

And believe me there are always 2 and the accurate account lies somewhere in the middle.

I would not blast the OP, but then again I would not blast Disney either.
