Addonitis has struck again!!

We are here in our little slice of heaven and decided to buy more points!! Love being able to bring friends and family with us when we come...had to have enough points to make all the trips we want each year!!

Yes! And DH has given me the go ahead to officially start looking for another contract!

We did add direct...we prefer to buy that way. Hope this doesn't start a debate of direct versus resale...I think that is a personal decision.

Nope...I think direct works well in some instances. We were recently on wait list for 55 HH points Aug UY...until an AKV resale popped up that fit our needs (should hear about ROFR today...it's been a month) and so we jumped on that and got off wait list. Just curious what resort and UY...if you had to wait list or got your points right away.

Congratulations! This is the first year we are not adding on, I am suffering from withdraws ... But it is only February I think if I can hold on until July I will be alright!

Just curious what resort and UY...if you had to wait list or got your points right away.

We added on at SSR with the same use year as all of our other points (one of the advantages to buying direct)...our use year is February. And the points were in our account within hours of us signing the papers.

Congrats on the AKV points!! I hope you make it thru ROFR soon and get to use those points!

I almost caught the bug. Saw a 25 pt SSR contract loaded with 2012 points and my use year. Had to settle back down. Wouldn't be able to use those 25 points that are banked, unless they allowed me to swap them into my current Dec ressie I have for BLT after I purchased, but I think that skirts the 11 month rule. Only reason would be to save 2013 for 2014.
