In the past, has Disney added additional showtimes for Christmas week? Specifically, I'm looking at Hollywood Studios on an EMH 8:00 day. The first Frozen singalong is at 10:30 and the first B and B is at 11:00. Might earlier shows be added?

No, entertainment maintains their regular schedules especially for shows where contracted equity performers are key performers. The park opens early for resort guests to have an extra hour of attractions.
