Additional Postage For Card w/Rhinestone?

I made a birthday card for my SIL and I have a rhinestone on it (it's a crown with a stone). I wondered if anyone else has sent cards like this, or with tags on them per say. If you have to pay the extra 0.13 cents postage since it will not go through a machine? Or I wondered if it was too small to really cause a problem.

Any thoughts?

I've mailed cards with mini brads on them and they have been fine. How big is the rhinestone???

Hi! I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to reply, this thread was lost in my thread stuff. I ended up finding out that it is an extra .13 to mail it like I thought. Thanks for the help though!
