Additional people in the room?

We are staying at POFQ in April and have a friend joining us for 2 nights in our room. how do we go about notifying the front desk and what would the additional charge be?

Do you have a vacation package or just a room only reservation?

For packages all guests staying in the same room are required to have the same tickets, any dining plan, etc. The Extra adult price is $25 per night. You can simply add your friend at the front desk for the days they will be with you. If you want them to have the 7 day advance LLMP and/or LLSP option that is more complex.

Keep in mind room capacity. 4 people or 5, if one is under 3 years old. You will not be able to add them if you go over capacity.

It doesn’t matter whether you have a package or not if you are adding them after you have checked in and received your package components. Just go to the front desk when they arrive and tell them you want to add a guest for two nights. They will issue a room key card if the guest does not have a MB, and charge you the extra $25 per night.

If you add them prior to check in, they would need to be on the package for the entire trip and have all the same tickets and dining plans as the others on the reservation. That is a lot of extra expense for just two nights.

As stated by a PP, you cannot exceed room occupancy.
