Additional Drivers used with Budget Car rental cost?

What is the cost per day to pay if my spouse wants to drive the car too? Looked at Budget with a good rate and wondering if it is worth it?

I called Budget and the man told me that a spouse/domestic partner would not be an extra charge in Orlando. May vary from location.
