Adding $ to onboard account

When using a TA do you have to go through the TA to add $ onto the onboard account before you set sail? Or can you contact DCL directly to do that?

You can contact DCL directly.

You do it through gifts and amenities, so you should be able to do it on your own as long as you have your DCL reservation number and details.

My travel agent has a web page set up and I just tell her how much to add and she does it for me

Yeah once you have your reservation number and login to the site you should be able to do it there. Though you may have to complete some of the steps like selecting cash or credit account and adding a card?

There isn't an option when I log into DCL. What menu option do you see that under?

You can't add it directly to your cruise reservation. You either need to call DCL directly and they can add it for you, or you can use the gifts and amenities form, and you'll find that on the main DCL page
