Adding tickets to KTTW

I just talked to someone at MS, and was told (DVC) the resort no longer adds on outside tx to the KTTW. Has someone else heard of this? :confused3
 
Since they got their new Lilo reservation system, some people have reported not being able to have their tickets added. Others have had no issue. Seems to be related to the system, or the CM you get, or some other random issue.

Just one thing to consider - since we have had APs, we found that we like having our tickets separate just as well as on the KTTW card. It allows my DH to keep all the tickets together on him, and run for FPs, without requiring anyone else to give up their KTTW card if they want to charge something to the room, or even go back to the room.
 
I second the keeping tickets separately is not a big deal. I also have an AP. The one good thing about keeping the tickets off the KTTW card is that your kids can carry their own room key, if they are old enough, and you don’t have to worry about them losing their ticket.
 
We were just at BWV two weeks ago and we had some problems with adding our tickets to our KTTW card. The CM was able to confirm that the tickets were added to my DD and DS's cards but was unable to confirm that they were on my DW and my cards (he stated that there was a red "x" by our names). He shared with me that they have had problems since converting to a new computer system in November. Because of that he didn't cancel out our tickets. The good news is that we tried using our KTTW card to enter the park and they worked. :banana:

It is my understanding that Disney is aware of the problem and is attempting to fix it but in the meantime these sort of problems will occur.
