We were just at BWV two weeks ago and we had some problems with adding our tickets to our KTTW card. The CM was able to confirm that the tickets were added to my DD and DS's cards but was unable to confirm that they were on my DW and my cards (he stated that there was a red "x" by our names). He shared with me that they have had problems since converting to a new computer system in November. Because of that he didn't cancel out our tickets. The good news is that we tried using our KTTW card to enter the park and they worked.
It is my understanding that Disney is aware of the problem and is attempting to fix it but in the meantime these sort of problems will occur.
