Adding tickets to a room key

Hi everyone

I've booked a package vacation through Virgin Holidays in the UK

When I get my final tickets package through the post I will have a voucher for my park tickets.

Will I have to go to one of the parks to exchange the voucher or will guest services at my resort (RPH) be able to add the tickets to my room key

They don't add tickets to the room key like Disney does, you have a separate ticket for the parks.

I'm not sure if the guest services can enchange a voucher, we usually go to the kiosk at the hotel to print off our tickets. You might have to go to one of the ticket windows outside the park to exchange, even during the grand opening I never found those to be that busy.
