Adding the Dining Plan ????

Can someone tell me if DVC members can call and add the disney dining plan onto the reservations?

Yes, you can. You have to call before arrival (I've heard 3 days prior, and I've heard 5 -- not sure which is correct). The plan is thoroughly outlined in this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1023429

Jim, it simply has to be done through MS prior to check in. There is no other cooling off period per se.
