Adding the dining plan to reservation

We have family that are using RCI points to stay at a DVC resort. Can they add only the dining plan to their reservation?

Yes. They should have contact information for DVC Member Services. They should call Member Services to add the plan no later than 2 days before arrival. They must pay for the plan at the time they add it.

They are not DVC members. Will that matter?

No they can still add it!
You don't have to be DVC members.
