Adding Swan to MDE

I searched for an answer but didn't come up with anything. Is there a way to add a Swan reservation to MDE. The reservation was made directly with the Swan not through Disney.

Swan & Dolphin room reservations can be linked to MDE.

We stayed at the Swan last fall. Honestly I can't remember if the reservation showed up in MDE or not. I don't think it did, because I do remember that I had to call Disney and they added a "fastpass placeholder" (I can't remember if that was the exact name but it was something like that) to my MDE so I'd be able to make my FP+ reservations at 60 days out. I learned about the need to do that over on the Resorts board. I can't remember if it was a post on the Swan/Dolphin thread or a separate post. Hope that helps!

I stayed at the swan a little over a year ago that I had linked to MDE and I have a current reservation at the Dolphin that is linked to MDE as well. You just have to manually enter your reservation number to link it. If I remember right it would not let me link it the day that I made the reservations, it would not find it, but it linked no problem the next day.

I linked my Xmas Swan stay in MDE. I just linked the reservation number from my confirmation email and Fastpasses opened up at the right time after that!

Enter it manually and if your reservation number is only 8 digits add a zero to the front of it. I learned that trick on the Swan/Dolphin thread.

Do you have a nine digit confirmation number? I made my reservation through spg so, yes, you should be able to link without going through Disney.

I stayed at Dolphin for thanksgiving for a convention. I had to call them for the reservation # to put into MDE. I booked through the convention btw

Actually it's 8 but with the 0 in front it's nine.
