Adding someone to Deed

With the new rules going into effect will I be able to add someone to the deed down the road and will they still be able to use the 14 grandfathered resorts? If not what would it take to add someone by the deadline if it is even possible. I purchased resale in 2017. TIA

From the notification posted on the member website:

Contracts gifted to family members will continue to have the same Resort access as before the ownership transfer.

The above should also apply when adding someone to the deed.
