When I originally made my reservations online, I didn't add all of the room occupants. I am trying to do it online, and can figure it out. Can I do this, or do I need to call member services?

Thanks

I'm in the same boat. I would love to be able to do this online, but I think we have to call. I have read posts from some who have done it via an email to MS. I did see we can add the dining online, something I seldom do, but have done it when staying 1 night before moving to another resort.

Send your changes via the contact form on the member website, include the reservation and spell out what you want MS to do. You will get a email back documenting the changes and don't forget to view the reservation to verify the changes.

I sent an email. They needed ages of kids, and it caused my husband, who is THE owner, got bumped to "guest of member", which was odd. I wrote back and had them change it. Would have been easier to call.

MS needs the ages of all children even when you call.

The owner being bumped is a known software problem with the booking software and happens anytime MS changes the names on the reservation. It doesn't matter if you call or use the web form.

In the past the only fix was to cancel and rebook but MS would often lose the room inventory while correcting the names.

I usually book the room in my name only and then add my friends later. I use the web form.

That's what I do. I book a year in advance and then change the name of characters close to arrival time! E-mail the web form and within a few hours MS sends me a confirmation with my edited reservation attached.

I did my request yesterday after posting and this morning I got an email that they took care of it. It would be nice to do it online, but this was just as easy, just no instant gratification like online.
