Adding points and "refinancing"

My DW and I would love to add 50 points to our contract with the current promotion. Does anyone know if we can just add this portion to the portion we have already financed through Disney? Or is a separate loan needed? Thanks in advance for your help!

It is a separate mortgage and you have to sign all the mortgage paperwork again.
