Adding photos to my posts

Trying to prepare for what I hope to be a live trip report with photos but I've never quite figured this out. Is there anywhere other than photobucket we can load the pictures to add to the posts? And do I just use the little icon with the mountain in it to add them with a copy and paste?

I load my photos to Flickr. With flickr you go to the page with different photo sizes and copy the url of the photo size you would like and paste it in the spot that pops up when you click the mountain picture.
