Adding PH to KTTW Card

We have already purchased our PHs. Is there anyone out there that has recently added their PH to their KTTW when the arrived at the resort? Did you have any difficulty getting it done? Can you do online check in and still have your PHs added to your KTTW either at the resort or at guest services in a park?

I had to go to the concierge at the BC to get them added the last time we were there. We got in too late the day we arrived, so I did it in the morning on the way to the park. It only took a few minutes.

It'll be the same at every single Disney resort. They all do it, it's a simple and standard thing. I promise you, it's not something that you need to worry about NOT happening, and it's not something that you'll need to know for sure that someone says they did it at the exact resort you'll be staying at ... every Disney resort does it.

You will get it done NOT at the front desk when you check-in, but rather at the Lobby Concierge desk adjacent to the front desk. Again, it works the same way at every Disney resort.

We were unable to do it at AKL last year until we moved up to club level then suddenly it could be done!! I was really mad as we had been told it couldn't be done by 3 different cast members.

I'm aware that every resort does it. I was just curious if anyone has had any issues at POR. There have been previous post where people have had issues at certain resorts

Every Disney resort has a Lobby Concierge desk. Deluxe resorts used to have something called Concierge rooms that have been renamed Club Level rooms. These have nothing to do with the Lobby Concierge desk, which is to be used by all guests at the resort, but the name certainly can be confusing.

Just got back from Ft. Wilderness Cabins, and they said that they just got a new system, and they are supposed to be able to do it but couldn't. I asked the same question before we left, and I was told they couldn't and that they could.

They could NOT for me.

Wow. I should have had that one. Must be slow on the uptake today. I shall blame the prednisone. It has made me into a bit of a dork. Ok, so yeah....park hoppers...thank u for clearing that up!
