Adding Person to Free Dining Package

My friends sister has a free dining package booked coming up at CSR for herself, husband and infant. Grandma has decided to come along to help with the baby. Their question is will grandma qualify for free dining when they add her to the room reservation with park hoppers? I have no idea but my initial thought was yes??

As long as they are within room capacity limit, they can add Grandmother to the reservation. She will have the same package as your friend. She must be added at least 3 days in advance of their arrival date and if she will be using Magical Express they will need to call and add her to the ME reservation.

Yes! We just did this! Booked our package with Free Dining back when it was announced (May?). Had a friend and her daughter decide to go a few months later (we had enough room in our villa). We were able to add them in 61 days before our departure (so that I could make FP for them). We leave in 2.5 weeks and everything worked perfectly.

Thanks! It only took calling 3 or 4 times before they got a CM who knew what they were doing and were able to add grandma but she is booked and they only had to pay for her park hoppers and the cost for an additional adult in the room.
