Adding people to your room?

What's the latest Disney will let you add people to your room prior to your trip?

As long a it increases the cost you can always add. You just can't take away without a penalty.

If you're adding a person to a package reservation, and want that person to also have DDP, latest you can add is 72 hrs before check-in. After that, a person can be added but can't get DDP or package tickets. We've had a person added to our room a few days after we checked-in. We arranged ME for her, and it was fine with Disney (there is an extra charge for 3rd adult in a room). You can buy tickets separately for him/her at the Concierge desk or park front gate.
