Hi-

I am going to the Poly in March. Originally I was going solo, for busines, but now my elderly parents will be sharing my room with me - making it three adults in one room. My question is - the room reservation was made for one person, can I add my parents onto the room during check-in? I would rather not do it through my company's travel agent (who made the original business reservation).

Thanks!

Yes, you can add them at check in.

The answer is yes - I have done this before.

Just remember that if you are going to have three adults sharing one room you will most likely be charged for the third adult in the room.

I'm not sure if the charge is standard at all of the resorts, but I do know at POR it is $15.00 additional per night.

Deluxe resorts charge $25 per night (you are allowed up to 2 adults in a room).

They will probably not charge you, we have done this several times and never been charged.
