Adding people for dinner

We have made some ps for dinner in August. Now we find out that friends of ours who live down there MAY BE staying at our resort. They are undecided at the moment. My question is, if we already have our ps for four people, can they be changed at any time to accomodate more? It will probably only be two more people.

depends on which restaurant your PS is at - if you reserved a table for 4 (and you want to add 2 more people) there might be a chance the table set-up won't accomodate more people - just call back & ask if it will be ok (you could explain that you may be having 2 more guests, and possibly make it a PS for 6)

I would certainly ring back and ask the advice of the CM you speak with. You don't want to get to a restaurant with 6 people in your party and find that because you only have a ps for 4, 2 people will be turned away.

Unless you are required to leave a CC (HDDR, CRT, PSB) then just make a second PS for the larger group in the other person's name. Once you decide which ressie you need cancel the other.

prncess674 has a great idea to do the extra PS with the other person's name especially if its on a weekend night or during busier time. You can always cancel one of them when you find out if they'll be joining you or not.

We had a PS in February at O'Hanas for a Saturday night for 7 and we tried to add 4 more, but they couldn't accomodate us so we ended up at WCC instead which ended up being a rootin tootin time

But, that just goes to show that restaurants can get pretty booked. (it was President's Day weekend)-but weekends no matter when can get very busy with locals.
