Adding park tickets to KTTW card?

Is it possible to add our park tickets (14 day ultimate bought direct from Disney UK website) to our KTTW card?

Also - we're supposed to pick them up at a 'will call' window at the entrance to the parks - only it looks like that for MK we would have to go first to the TTC to collect our tickets? Is is possible to have our tickets waiting for us at check in?

We have always been able to add our park tickets onto out KTTW cards, just quick chat with CM at check in done in no time... Not sure about having them waiting for you though ??

The conceige desk will be your best bet at the resort of they are not part of your package. Otherwise there is a will call window at the entrance to MK - sometimes it is with the GS desks other times they have the separate window open.

On our last three trips we have been unable to add our tickets to your KTTW, not sure why We usually pick up our tickets from guest services at MK that is right outside the gates.

On 3 occasions we have been unable to add the tickets to our KTTW, each time the CM booking us in has directed us to the concierge desk who has also been unable to help. We now factor this in to our first evening and go along to either Epcot or MK and pick up the tickets there.
