Adding on discounts

So we booked garden view room at POR yesterday. What is the easiest way to apply a discount if either an AP discount or regular discount comes out.

Can it be done online or do I need to do it on the phone?

I've never applied a discount after already booking so I'm not sure how to do it.

It's been a few years since I have done this, but I had to call to add my AP discount to a rate. If there is a way to do it online I am not aware of it.

Okay thanks. That's what I thought. What time do phones open for Disney? I'm assuming it's like 7AM eastern time? I'm on the west coast so I know I'll need to wake up early!

As the pp said, you do have to call to have a discount applied. The call time is 7:00 am - 10:00 pm Eastern .
