We have just booked a regular room (Downtown Disney view) for January at the GC. How does it work if we want to add on Concierge service? Do you keep the same room - or move to a dfft area? Does anyone know how much it is to add concierge season during the off season? We already got great Annual Pass room rates. Thanks for you help.

We're doing the exact same thing, staying in GCH in January on Annual Pass rates. I wanted to upgrade to Concierge level, however they told me they're trying to make concierge more "exclusive," so the AP only gives you about a 10% discount over the rack rate. We're paying $159/night for downtown view with our AP rates. If we chose concierge we'd be paying about $450/night. I think I'll save the $300/night and go out to dinner or get a nice breakfast. Concierge isn't worth that much money, in my opinion.

Thanks - I can get alot more for my money for $300.00 than Concierge Service would give me! I can cross that off my list!
