Adding new discount to a booking

The 30% off for AP holders which has just been sent to me is valid for when we are already booked into the DH. Does anyone know if I can ask for this discount to be applied now? We've only paid deposit so far.

I'm just looking at the small print - I don't think you can ask for a discount on something you've already booked - it says "offre valable sur demande et pour les nouvelles reservations*

I think that means just new bookings?

Actually, theres a thing. Unless it says it in the above quote, this offer doesn't state its subject to availability. And if it isn't, I should get my 30% discount, so I may be using that as a bargaining tool tomorrow morning on the phone to book my room too

Yes it says on request and only on new bookings and not to be used in conjunction with other offers.

Im going to become a AP holder when i go on hol in sep ( i have sponsership ) and just wondered how it works

The offers change from time to time - once you become an Ap holder, you get, either by email or in the post, the Envie + magazine, on a quarterly basis. This is where you get information and flyers on the offers available to AP holders.
