Adding my thoughts to BCV "discussion!"

Got here at 9:30 after Wonder Cruise. Got room at 12:15...4th floor, great condition, 1 bedroom.

I did not get the CM's name, and I will get it and send MS a note, but the couple who checked in after us are getting married today. This CM tried very hard, and did succeed in getting the couple an open room ASAP. I think the CMs here at BC/BCV are as good as any on site.

So glad to hear your room is in good condition I am bring four other people and staying in a 2bd LO in March. 3 of the 4 are newbies and I am nervous that our room will be rundown after all the comments of how bad the resort needs a refurb. Thanks for taking the time to post!
