Adding My Pictures to Memory Maker

Am I able to upload any pictures I've taken on my phone to my Memory Maker account? For instance character meal photos that aren't done by the photographers. I'm thinking that then I could add the special borders and captions and have everything in one place before sending them somewhere to be printed.

They no longer offer that feature, and when they did, I believe it was a smaller subset of borders you could use.
