Adding more days on to tickets???

Hopefully this is the right place to put this question.

OK, my husband and I have figured out that we will probably use only 5 days of our 6 day park hoppers during our Oct. trip. We would like to visit again maybe just for a long weekend in Dec. to catch the Christmas stuff, since its been 6 years since we have been there during the Christmas season. So, is there a way to add on 2 more days to our tickets before we check out in Oct., so that we would have a 3 day ticket? I know we will have to add the No Expiration as well. In all our visits to Disney, we have never thought about doing this, is it even possible? We are on a package for Oct., that may make a difference in what we can do with the extra day.

Yes, guest services at your resort or any of the parks can do that for you. You may want to do it before you leave though, to get the advance purchase discount.

You CAN upgrade the number of days on a ticket up to ten days total.
You can do this any time before, during or after your trip... but it must be within 14 days of the first usage of the ticket.
If you decide to make the tickets NON-EXPIRING, you will be charged for the FULL number of days on the ticket (not just the ones "left" or the ones "added"). So check the pricing to make sure that it will be an advantgage to do this, or to just to buy new tickets for your next trip.

Ah, ok, I was wondering about the NEx thing. So if I'm understanding you correctly, after we added on 2 more days, giving us an 8 day ticket, we would pay NoEx on 8 days, not just three? Or did I misunderstand? If thats the case, it may make more sense just to get new ones, but I'll check.
Also, we are having 5 people on this trip altogether. Can just my husband and I upgrade our tickets if we go ahead and do it before we leave for our Oct. trip? Or, since we are in a package, would they make everyone do it?

Yes, it would cost to upgrade the EIGHT days, even if you'd already used 5 of them at the time of the upgrade.
You would not need to upgrade "everyone's" tickets... just those who wanted to do so.
