Adding Magical Express to a Priceline Reservation

I hope somebody has some idea of how to do this. We originally had a reservation at CBR for six nights, using Magical Express. We decided to come in a night early, but booked that one extra night on Priceline at Pop Century since they were the only ones who had it available. We've never used priceline for Disney before. So, we now need Magical Express TO Pop century and FROM Caribbean Beach. No problems setting up the return from Carribean Beach, but we've been told by Disney and by Priceline that there is no way to add the Magical Express transfer from the airport to the Pop Century reservation made through priceline. Disney says they can't do it, Priceline has to. Priceline says they can't do it, Disney has to. I've been back and forth via chat and phone for like two hours trying to get this worked out and nobody seems to know how to do it. Surely I"m not the only who's ever made a reservation through priceline and wanted to use Magical Express. Any suggestions?

Have you tried speaking to the Magical Express directly? I believe their number is 1-866-599-0951

yep, do it online. Or you can call DME directly, but the online form is easy. You will need the resort confirmation number.

That did the trick. Thanks. Don't know why I didn't think of that.

I just did DME online it this week with a 1 night room only at POP thru a reservation made on Orbitz...

Hijacking this thread for a quick ?
Is Orbitz or Priceline cheaper than WDW website?

They can be. Make sure you check to see if they have a valid promo code that will allow an extra percentage off. Remember there's no packages through the third party sites, so you will have to do without the dining plan and buy your tickets separately from your room.

For us, we booked with priceline for that one extra night because Disney was showing no availability at the resort we wanted to stay at, and neither were other sites like Expedia, Orbitz, etc. For some reason, it only showed as available on priceline.

That is actually pretty common. Evidently Disney gives blocks of rooms to some 3rd party vendors, taking the rooms out of the inventory

Glad you got the ME issue figured out.
