Not unless you bought the tickets as part of a WDW Resort Package.

If you bought your tickets separately, you can add the Hopper at any ticket booth or Guest Relations in a matter of a couple of minutes.

If you bought your tickets at a discount price, be sure to wait until after you have USED the tickets to enter a theme park at least one time BEFORE you do the upgrade.

1. Open your first post.
2. To the upper-right, click "Thread Tools."
3. Choose "Edit Title"
4. Type new title in box.
5. Click "Save Changes."

Done.
