I am having problems adding guests to my DVC reservation online. It seems to be requiring each adult to have a unique email address? Not everyone has their own email (couples share one). Or could it be something else?
I prefer not to have to wait on hold, so thanks for any input!
Hmm, I added my daughters friend to my DVC reservation online just the other day and had no issues. I definitely didn't add her email address. We have 7 people on our reservation (family and friends) and I didn't add emails for any of them when I made the reservation. Weird.
Thank you all for your help! I just tried it again and I was able to easily add more guests without email or phone numbers. Maybe the issue was when I was struggling it was during the middle of the night and maybe they were having a systems update.
